Thank you for shopping with Imaginary Gifts. We take pride in creating unique, customized products made especially for you. As each item is made to order, we have specific policies in place regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Customized Products – No Returns or Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun. This includes products with custom images, names, messages, or any other personalization.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided production hasn’t started.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at imaginarygifts.in@gmail.com with your order details.

3. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or broken product.
  • The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong item or wrong customization).

Replacement Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.
  • Replacements are only processed after review and confirmation from our support team.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.
  • You cancelled the order within the allowed cancellation window.
  • We are unable to deliver to your location due to unforeseen logistics issues.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues or unforeseen conditions (we always share tracking details).
  • Slight variations in color, design placement, or print quality due to printing and screen differences.
  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer during order.
